
The conference was opened by Mr. Alan Riegler, senior sales director for the EMEA region, who underlined that on the existing reputation of quality products, Tyco will continue to build new solutions based on the latest technological achievements. He also confirmed that although Tyco’s merger with Johnson Controls has been completed, products from the security portfolio will continue to be sold under the Tyco name due to the high reputation of that company brand in the world.
The conference presented trends in the security industry and Tyco’s new access control, intrusion, fire alarm and video surveillance systems which are successfully facing today’s challenges. Special interest of the participants was caught by new Tyco Cyber Security solutions, Cloud and Drone solutions, and Frictionless in access control that implements advanced face recognition technology.
