Alarm automatika developed a solution for automatic, contactless validation of covid certificates. It is a terminal with built-in software for checking the QR code on covid certificates, which is easily placed at the entrance to any enclosed space. After scanning the covid certificate, the terminal screen shows whether the certificate is valid or not. The terminal can be self- standing or connected to the controlled door via a relay output, ie it opens them when a valid certificate is scanned. The data are not stored but read only, so the solution is in line with the GDPR regulation. The scanner is able to read COVID certificates from all the EU countries.
